There were over a dozen reasons that both Democrats and Republicans voted to go to war with Iraq, including 17 UN resolutions that were violated. Saddam's WMD's was low on the list, but we've found all sorts of evidence that they were there, including satellite images of them being transported across to Syria. But if you remember, it was Clinton who said first that he had WMD's and all our intelligence reports confirmed it. So quit asking stupid questions.

Actually, Saddam did have WMD's. We know that for sure because he used them on his own people. Where he hid them is another story. Maybe that should be your next question.

Are you in the CIA or something? How can you be so sure that there were no WMDs in Iraq when EVERY SINGLE member of our Congress believed there were? Bill and Hillary believed it and said it. Liberals, Conservatives, Democrats, & Republicans have all said it.

To answer your question - remember 9/11? We were attacked by terrorists. Iraq was a major terrorist haven. Hopefully Iran is up next.

There is something called democracy. Whether there were weapons of mass destruction or not, we can not leave the Iraqi people out to dry because of this. If we just pulled our right away their country would be taken over by the insurgents(Iran) and give Iran total power of the Middle East.

You remeber all of those feed the children adds with Sally Struthers? Well this is like that only its "feed steak, booze and hookers to the rich fat republican contractors." Get informed. There were weapons of mass destruction, Cannisters of gas were found and other chemicals were found. nuclearweapons? not yet. Why are we there, because we either fight them there, of we fight them at the local mall or football stadium.
