Oh please. If you really have to go to the bathroom and she does not allow you to, go anyway and tell your parents, the principal and even the superintendant of schools. But don't let it be an excuse to get out of her class which is what she may think you and other students are doing. We usually have to relieve ourselves within ten-fifteen minutes after drinking water, OR as soon as we go outside and hit cold air. Try to take care of your bathroom needs BEFORE you go to her class.Or, if you find that you have to go rather often, tell your mother so that she can take you to a doctor.
As far as favorites" are concerned, many teachers have or seem to have them. But so what. Just do your work, keep a good attitude, study hard and before you know it, school will be over, you'll pass, you can enjoy a wonderful summer and then..school again.
(A lot of teachers are 'mean' -but so what? That is THEIR problem, not yours. Because she is miserable doesn't mean that you have to be miserable also. )
Keep your chin up.
Good luck.

I had some teachers that wouldn't let us go to the bathroom. The only way the one would let us is if it was an absolute emergency. Because i went to her class right after lunch, and we should have went then.
Another teacher wouldn't let us go, unless she was done teaching, and we were working on homework (our classes were an hour and 20 minutes), or finished with a quiz or a test.
You could go to the principal, and see what they say. But each teacher gets to make the rules to their own classrooms.

Sorry you feel this way about the Teach.
Go to the bathroom BEFORE class.
Raise your hand to answer questions.
Do your homework.
Find out why her favorites are her favorites and do what they do.
Show an interest in learning.
Maybe she's going through menopause or something.

If she doesn't let you go to the bathroom during a regular class period, meaning not during tests or quizzes, then speak with your guidance counselor or principal about this.
As far as choosing favs and being boring and mean, there isn't much you can do about that except realize that it's almost over.

Why would you even go to the bathroom during class? Isn't that what the breaks are for?
Just stay on the low, do your homework, and don't give her a reason to lash out at you.

Take a leak in class or wear diapers. At the end of the day drop the diaper in her drawer.

We all have to deal with teachers like this at one point or another in our lives. I really do feel for you, but I'm not sure there's so much you can do about it. Maybe tell the principal or another teacher? Otherwise, grin and bear it. You'll laugh about it later.

Get all of your friends together that agree with you. Set a special time (like when you know you will be in the middle of a lesson). Then everyone ask to go to the bathroom at once. When she refuses everyone take your seat and wet your pants. When you all have to explain this just tell the truth and she will probably be gone.
