He has provided you life long enough to learn to read, something desired and never accomplished by many before the modern era, and much more.

Every day after our first should be considered precious, so why do so many complain that God does nothing for them.

Yes, I accept and am very thankful for the grace of God, and totally agree with all that you said, my usual response to people when they ask, "how are you", I say "I am BLESSED!!!" Most times it will evoke a pleasant look or smile, or a big "all right", or something similar.

Thank you for the Reminder of the Grace of GOD!

I have traveled extensively and am always glad to come back to the USA!

The many that have grown up here, TAKE MUCH FOR GRANTED, and do not know how MOST of the World lives, MANY without safe drinking water!

They Mock GOD and His Word, because they DO NOT SEE THE GRACE OF GOD working in their very lives!

(Mark 8:18) Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember?

Thanks, RR

I believe in God but take a private approach to understanding him while at the same time sharing my beliefs with anyone interested in hearing. I think of God as the supreme-perfect principle of life, and I think about these concepts and then meditate upon them, either by thinking about the universe and how it was created, humanity and their understanding of this common thread of thought, or my own personal self/mind and how I can see my thoughts forming in my mind. I use imagination to help me understand things that I can't normally reason with, but I believe strongly in reasonable proofs that help me reinforce my belief in God. I have faith that my life will turn out well, but as for the definition, per se, of God, it is more like science to me rather than blind faith. I know that God is supreme, otherwise I wouldn't be worshipping it/him, so this never changes, as for how I go about it/experience it/think upon it, that changes from day to day, but that is all part of the excitement.

When I become confused about all the different questions, I usually try and simplify my thinking and realize that happiness is all I really need in life, and try and remember that the body is designed for stability, whereas the mind is free to contemplate vast areas of thought.

My goals, I guess you could call them, is to simply be closer to God, which means, to understand more my own purposes of being alive, my own needs and society's needs, and to just marvel at how all these thoughts and feelings organize themselves in one way or the other just slightly beyond my comprehension, but at the same time just faint enough for me to actually realize a higher truth.

Other than that, I just try and enjoy life while I can.

Unfortunately not everyone will accept God, so if they can't believe and accept him, how can they accept the his grace. We are in a world today that everyone would like to believe that all that they have accomplished in their life is due to themselves. But fortunately all of us will have to answer that question and many more when we stand before God at our judgment. But then it will be to late to make amends.

I accept good will from anyone. But if you're referring particularly to the christian god, I do not follow that religion. Every day should be appreciated, but people often get in too much of a hurry just to relax and enjoy just a few minutes quiet time.

Why should i accept the grace of a being who you cannot prove to exist.

All that exist about this god you speak of, is a concept. A misleading one too because we are not guaranteed anything by accepting GOD'S grace.

And if we are, prove it to us (if you can).

Because they choose not to trust in him fully. When you put all of your trust and faith into him, as we do, then you always believe that he does help you even if it doesn't seem that way sometimes. Yes, everyone has doubts from time to time but when you have a close relationship with God , he replaces those doubts with reassurance. Those who don't put their trust fully unto the Lord can not understand this.

Hmm, double name, rainbow in the background, one-dimensional religion question... I'm going to guess that you are from the South, and very young.

Great question! Not only do I accept it, I live only because of it. Every day I ask him in the last part of my prayers to let me be a beacon of his light, love, hope, grace, mercy and forgiveness. God bless you!
