You can, but the soup won't have the same texture and consistency and flavor. I suspect the recipe says creamed corn for a reason, so the soup will probably still be quite good, but will just look a little different and have a different consistency. Also with the creamed corn, the flavor will be more "dispersed" throughout the soup, if you know what I mean?

Yes you can, but what you do is put the corn in about 15 minutes before your recipe is done so your corn won't be hard, and remember pour the juice off the corn..............THANK YOU, feel free to ask any future questions again, have a nice day and GOOD LUCK.

Use the canned corn and throw in a cup of milk (the higher the fat content the better). You may need to make a paste of flour and water (4 tbls flour to 1 cup water - place in a jar with a lid and shake until smooth) and slowly pour into the soup (stir constantly until it is blended in) to thicken it up. Enjoy!

Are they condensed soups (like Campbell's interior the little cans), and do you skinny them or go away them condensed? in the journey that they are condensed and stay that way, then all the stuff anybody is suggesting you change will make your sauce too runny. you should target a mixture of the thickened milk someone said and per chance some cream cheese or bitter cream to get the consistency proper. It received't flavor the same, regardless of the reality that. hen broth ought to get the chickeny flavor. Then immediately saute up some mushrooms for the mushroom bit. This all should be extra artwork than operating to the nook keep, regardless of the reality that. Any type of "Cream of" soup will artwork--celery, broccoli, etc.

They sell creamed corn in a can...
But, if you mean kernals, then yeah but it changes the taste and texture. Creamed corn helps with the base of the soup, making it, well, creamy.
Try it, it may work!

You can add a little flour and season it a little to add to whole kernel corn to help with the creamyness of a soup.

Sure you can. What will be missing is sugar. And you can add that to the soup if you like.

You can always throw t in the blender and make it creamy,
if that is what you have in the pantry.Or you can opt
to bay it creamed already in a can.
