I'm unable to pay all the balance on my property taxes.

Ever, or just right now?

If the taxes are just too high for you to pay ongoing, you'd need to sell the property.

If it's just a temporary problem, then call the tax office and see what you can work out. You probably can get a year or so to pay them off, particularly if you make payments on it during that time.

If you don't pay property taxes, eventually they seize the property and sell it.
