Have you ever seen someone who has the same hair they had 20 or 30 years ago? So sad. Be realistic. Does your long hair look bad? Does it make you look older? When you get older, shorter hair looks better. Be honest with yourself. Don't do your hair to please others. Do it to please yourself.

Definitely long hair for a female. Long hair is beautiful and you can do a lot with long hair. Short hair is nice too, but longer hair is prettier on a girl.

Long hair looks visually more fertile and attractive, it can be made into a roll on top of your head, made into braids, French braids, put cool friendship bracelet like weaving on it. But short hair can look very fresh, tomboyish, clean cut and greatly enhances feminine beauty if you have a good face like Selma Blairs, she is stunning and gorgeous and, being Jewish, looks really breath taking, and is by far a very down to earth and one of a kind beauty. Why not ask a stylist?

It just depends. Some people look beautiful with short hair while others look better with long. It all depends on your face shape. People with round faces should stick with longer hair. People with oval faces can pull off shorter hair but they can do any hairstyle simply because of their face shape.

shoulder length is the best. not too long and difficult and not too short and peter pan like :)
does depend on the face and type of hair (nothing quite like a 2 ft. diameter afro!)

Depends on your face shape and personal preference. There are some girls that can pull of the really short butch hairdo but you have to have perfect facial structure to do that.....others look better with long hair.
