My ex, ripped my heart out and chewed it up in little pieces. In the last year and a half I've been trying to make a decision. Which is worse. To live as a lone star in the universe within the vaccum of space or take the chance and love again and maybe have my heart ripped to pieces again. It may seem like an easy answer(of course to take chances). But, I'm not sure I can take another person breaking my heart.

I know its a tough decision for you.Its been a really hard decision for me either.I am kinda sailing in the same boat.Always see that beautiful happy part of falling in love,getting lots of love in return,waking up every morning smiling and thinking about your lover,those best memorable times you shared together.
Think about how great you felt when you were in love.Only taking chances will give you all those overwhelming feelings of joy back into your life.Of course,the aftermath of pain is somethin nobody can cherish.But sometimes joy or happiness comes with price.But still remember that you will never ever feel those butterflies,holding hands,sharing beautiful thoughts with a partner that truely loves and cares about you,someone who will always be there by you,gives you all that love,affection,compassion,attention you desire without taking chances.
I suggest you to give yourself sometime to heal.You will feel refreshed and free.Love yourself a lot,lot and lot.Make your heart strong enough that nobody would ever break it again.Get ready to conquer a wonderful heart that will give you a special place to stay.I bet you will be the happiest person ever with plenty of love surrounding you always.
Always cherish good memories about the past and forget the bad ones.The first step is to forgive your ex.Get rid of all that negative emotions.You will be better off.My ex cheated on me,yet he is forgiven and forgotten.I truely feel soo relieved within.
I hope you feel all that joy again.The right girl will come along the right time.

The pain of someone ripping your heart out and into a million pieces is the worst that can happen to anybody. The thing is that no matter what life brings there is always a chance of getting hurt and no matter how bad it is it will get better. The only thing that you can do is take that chance and just remember the one that gets the chance is not the one that broke your heart to begin with if you aren't ready to give it a fair chance then you're better off not taking the chance until the person can get a fair one. Don't make that person pay for what the other person did. I've been on both ends of the stick so to speak and I have to tell you that if I had given the person a fair chance and that person wouldn't have blamed me for what happened to them then my life would be a whole lot happier than it is.

Love is a hurtful thing, we all have to experience those bad choices in relationships to find the great relationship we are all looking to have. Just take your time and dont rush into anything with the next one, get to know each other as friends. get your head involved before you get your heart involved this will really help you with the pain you are suffering from your last relationship. You can never know the good with out experiencing the bad. Its life. How would you know the pain if you didn't experience the joy. I sugggest you live your present life. And give yourself a chance to love again. No one wants to be lonely. Good Luck

Well that sucks about your ex but you should give yourself another chance.
there's only 50% bad people and 50% good..
So there's a chance you might get with the good
YOU HAVE TO RISK SOME TO GAIN SOME.

you can try it takes a long time to find out the true love,
love is a very amazing adventure and finding the treasure is not very easy you can have another opportunity with somebody else
