OK, here's what I say. If you really feel a connection between the two of you, ask him out. There is nothing wrong with a girl asking out a boy. If he likes you he is just a nervous to ask you out. If he says no, who cares, there are a lot of other guys out there for you.

It's hard to tell if your crush likes you. He could be looking at you because he's being to like you. Maybe you should try to talk to him more. But if that doesn't work, have a friend talk to him for you.

Maybe he likes you or maybe u r scaring him. Let him make the first move. Some men dont like to be asked out first. It depends how he feels. If you bother him, u will probably push him away.

that means your almost in.. ok now its time to show him how good a date you are... flirt around in class... make him jealous...im not sure if it'll help but if he gets a little jealous, he might just go after you... guys want what everyone wants but cant have.

he could be interested. or he could be asking himself if he's interested. Looking at you and trying to figure you out a bit more. Maybe he'll come around and maybe he won't. It's the mystery that makes it so fun!

sounds like he does like you by his actions but he could be very shy and doesn't know what to say or do.
instead of "just" looking at him , why not trying saying hi or ask him something like...how are you?...can you help me with this??...start something and everything will fall into place if he really likes you.
