There might be a reason why she does not want to get out of bed. Everyone else assumes that she is just lazy. She maybe depressed which is a real condition with real physical and emotional results. Please talk to her and ask her what is going on she might open up to you.

Haha..
Well actually I am the exact way. And my boyfriend will either leave without me.. or when I need to go out and go somewhere.. he takes his sweet time..I end up getting upset, and realising how he feels..lol

I've been left behind plenty of times.. due to my own fault, being lazy..

Start getting ready yourself, and if she isn't up & moving or ready by the time you are ready, leave without her. It may cause an argument but it'll get the point across.

talk to her that laziness is not a good sign of being a good mother someday, what will happen to the house if the two of you have kids already ? house might stink! ask youself, is this the girl i want to be with and the model of my children someday? then tell you gf about what you feel about this.

If she doesn't want to get up, then go without her. She'll either learn that you aren't going to wait for her to piddle around, or that she's not obligated to join you on excursions she doesn't care to participate in.
