Broke up with ex in the beginning of september. We have both had a new relationship since then. I am out of mine and she is stll in hers. We ended up going out to dinner last week and we ended up sleeping together again. She said it was a one time thing and that it can't happen again. The whole time she was over she was hanging all over me like when we were together then she just shut off those feelings the next day, is that just from the guilt of cheating? She is really confusing me. I really don't know if it is a wise idea to hang out anymore. If it has happened once I don't really think it won't happen again. She also wasn't telling her boyfriend we were hanging out. She finally told him we went to dinner this week, but nothing else. Should I just stay away. I actaully still have feelings for her and she knows this. I don't honestly know what to do. Any advice would be great.

Stay away from her. Any way you look at it, she's trouble. She's cheating on her new guy. She's messing with your head. If she left him for you, would you trust her? I don't see what you have to gain. Walk away and find someone who will treat you with respect.

You are being used and played. If you don't mind that, I guess you can have her come over and use you and play you whenever you want. But, after a while, that's got to have an effect on your sense of self-worth and esteem.

You did the right thing by breaking up with her. I don't understand why you are settling for "sloppy seconds", do you?

Think of this, why aren't you and her togeather? what broke you up? If she is chating on him with you, don't you think when you were with her she was also cheating on you? Something to think about, and if she dosen't feel guilty she should, and you knew she was in a relationship, so you also should feel guilt. An if you end up with her again, you will think about the cheating and you won't ever trust her, so i would break all ties with her.

Since you have said she has another b/f and she lied to him that you and her just went out for dinner and nothing else, means that she is a prominent cheat she could do this to you either as you go on, just DIS the gal..

honestly? she may or may not still have feelings for you. i think you are just providing her with something that her current partner isnt giving her. to stay ut of trouble the best thing would be to stay away form her.

leave her alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this girl is definately playing you and trying to hurt you more, and with you still having feelings for her than she knows what buttons to push and she probably feels like she has control. dont let her do any of this stuff, you are too good for that, you dont need to be hurt by your ex-girlfriend who is now cheating on her boyfriend. She sounds like scum, you wouldnt want to date someone like that anyways, cheating is never good. Leave it alone and move on you'll be much happier!
