costa cruises?

i want to work in a ship in costa cruises company .i work in the summer in rhodes and i wand to work in the winter in a ship.can i?i am greek and here is very difficult to take the seamans book.

most cruise lines sail in greece in summer.
costa and msc are there year round
cruise lines contract employees for 9 months stay.
costa is owned by carnival cruise lines. If you work for costa you may have better chance to also work for other carnival brands.

wouldn't it be easier to work on one of the greek shipping lines such as louis cruises.
