The healthy way to lose weight is not to lose more than 2-2.5 lbs per week. Though you can probably lose more with extreme exercise and dieting, this is the formula to do it right and be more likely to keep it off. 2.5 lbs for 9 weeks is still 22 lbs, which would be fantastic! Good luck!

Let's see: you undoubtedly desire to knock off three or four lbs every week, inside a interval of 2 months approx - which sounds lovely drastic and potentially dicy. If you'll be able to enable your self to be rather less formidable, then reduce out useful sugars or carbs in all varieties and whatever containing aspartame; additionally avert all trans-fat. A top protein vitamin permitting a couple of intricate carbs, greens and tons of fluids is also your first-rate wager. You'll even have undertaking each and every unmarried day for no less than half-hour. NB. Beware of severe or faddish diets. Why? Because, the quicker you lose plenty of weight, the quicker you can placed all of it again on (and a few extra) while you go back to a ordinary weight loss plan. Putting a frame via a famine-like main issue for an expanded interval of time makes it extra inclined to packing away any morsel of meals as fats for long term power use. So, please be shrewd approximately the way you decide upon to shed weight.

If you figure that 2 pounds a week is healthy then you can safely lose 2 pounds X 9 weeks. That will leave you 18 pounds lighter, depending on how well you stick to the diet and excercise program. Remember one pound is equal to 3500 calories. You must cut down your calorie intake or burn at least that many to lose just one pound. Good luck and enjoy your vacation.
