I don't think you need to worry.

- You have a valid ticket. Adding fuel tax should only be possible at the moment of booking.

- The fuel prices are going down.

I don't think that they can charge you if you've already paid for the flight - the flight will not have been subject to tax at the time you booked. It would be like charging you extra for a product you bought three months ago because it had suddenly increased in price

They probably will unless you are flying with BA. The cheapie (or not so cheap in the case of Easyjet which is more expensive than BA on many routes) will charge you.

anyone who doesnt pay the extra tax will be grounded......best to pay for asap...unless you are flying before 1st Feb....best check with your travel agent as soon as you can
