I think you should say exactly how you feel saying I love you to someone you like and vise versa is wrong. If you love her or him just say I love you and if it is too early in the realtionship and you like the person just say I care for you or I like spending time with you. Do not use the words I love you unless you really do.

If you don't love someone, why tell them you do? That's just a lie and can be a fairly hurtful one depending on how they feel about you. However, we often like those we love, so it's fine to tell someone you love that you also like them...or even that you don't like them (because that happens too).

you say i love you to someone you love and i love you to someone you like(its the other way around)and yes its ok.

love is a very strong word, it means alot more then people think it does.If you don't love the person then why say it, its kinda like false advertising and they are going to think that your giving them the whole package, when really your not even actually committed to the sale.So think before you just spit out i love you, because most people will actually believe you and they will make sure you stay true to your word.

ITS NOT OK TO SAY YOU LOVE THEM TO SOMEONE YOU LIKE BECAUSE ITS MISLEADING THEM AND LOVE IS A STRONG WORD WHICH HAS ALOT OF MEANING AND LETS TALK REALITY LOVE DONT JUST GO AWAY ITS STAYS THERE SO ITS BETTER YOU SAY WHAT YOU FEEL THEN TO LIE AND MAKE IT SOUND BETTER SO SAY YOU LIKE THEM

only say I love you if you really feel that way about someone.....and it is possible to love someone but not like them sometimes...always say what you mean....good luck

You should always like the people you love.
Platonic (non-sexual) love is fine to say "I love you" to...I tell my best friend and buddies I love them all the time...

If it's really early in the relationship, then just say i like you alot. That way the person your dating won't get turned off from you, and if they like you the same way they'll say it back.
