There are many many many fad diets and pills out there that claim to be the ultimate easy answer.Don't believe the hype!
There is NO easy way to lose weight. You didn't get over-weight in a week,so you're not going to lose the pounds in a week either!
The ONLY way to safely lose weight is through common sense diet and exercise!
That's diet AND exercise. Not one or the other, but BOTH!
If there really was an easy way to slim down then we'd all have awesome bodies, and the guy who found out how to do it would be very rich!
Stay away from the pills. They're not safe, and your money would be better spent elsewhere.

There is no "magic" diet pill. You won't find a good diet pill in your grocery store, however, you will find fresh fruits, veggies and plenty of bottled water. If you are only 10 pounds overweight, eating right (no fast food) and moderate exercise will allow you to lose weight. Also, I found drinking water (never tap water) all day helps. Since I started eating all organic (an occasional regular food now and then) drinking water and walking on my treadmill, I lost 35 pounds. You should never take pills of any kind unless prescribed by your Doctor for a life threatening reason.

I started using Arbonne's Figure 8 Going going gone supplements and protein shakes a few weeks ago and have lost 5 lbs so far. I exercise 3 X a week and the supplements help with the cravings so I eat less. I love the protein shakes - chai latte is my fav! There is a lot of info on gofigure8.com on the system. It really does help with weight loss, but there is no majic pill. Let me know if you have any questions.

Also, I do not believe in a "diet"! It is a lifestyle change. You have to change your habits to change your curves.

this a very grey subject!

the best solution for this (it may not be the easist) to to look at you diet and reasses what you eat and when, thats my advice.

as far as dieting goes there are lots of products out in the bodybuilding scene which help strip fat as in contest preperation

but these are taken under strict dieat so may not work as well as they claim.
