Calculate your BMI (body mass index). The formula is weight in kilograms divided by heigt in meters squared. There are lots of calculators available online that make it easier. A healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 25.

either when you look down and cant see your feet then your fat or go to google type in BMI and then type in your height and weight and it will tell you what your BMI is. It should have a legend on saying if your underweight, healthy weight, over weight, etc..
