Probably Excedrin Migraine. It has a combination of the aspirin, tylenol, and caffeine (which will cause the overactive blood vessels causing your headache to constrict). Use ice to constrict these blood vessels as well. And drinking a caffeinated beverage will get you the effect too.
If that doesn't work for you, there are other prescription medication available from your doctor which usually are more effective.

Probably Excedrin Migraine, but if these persist you should definitely see a doctor and get a CAT scan. I've experienced migraines for years and OTC drugs never helped much. If you get them rarely, try putting a cold pack on your forehead and lie down in a dark room; you may want to nap even. Excedrin also carries a tension headache medicine (doesn't include aspirin as the migraine medication does) and is the strongest (per mg.) on the market. Take as directed, but try lying down with a cold pack first if you are able.
If these continue, go here:

Hope you feel better soon!

Nothing over the counter ever worked for me. Ask your doctor for a prescription for Imitrex. It works on only migraines and it will be gone in one hour. If for some reason it is not, you can take another pill 2 hours after the first. Even with the worst migraine, the second pill would do it. They are expensive if you don't have insurance, about $12 a pill. But worth it. You can't take Imitrex if you have high blood pressure. As with a lot of pain, if you take RX as soon as it is coming on instead of when the pain is severe, you have a much better chance of getting rid of it. If you cannot wait to go to the dr., go to the ER and they can give you a shot of Imitrex that works in 10 minutes.

Advil works best for me.
But even better is using an elimination diet to learn allergies and food sensitivities that trigger migraines. Then avoid all triggers. If they are hormone triggered that is harder. Write down when the migraines occur during your cycle then anticipate the headaches and treat early even before they start.
I avoid all MSG, all aspartame, all nitrates, all soy and soy products, all chicken and eggs. When I don't have any of these things my migraines (even ones that blinded me) stay gone.
For me soy is a slow trigger. I can have a little a few times, but if I have too much or too many days in a row a 3 day migraine is the result. Hormonally triggered migraines disappeared when I was pregnant and nursing.

Anything that has a combination of Acetaminophen, Aspirin, and Caffeine...Excedrin Extra Strength, Excedrin Migraine, Store brands...all work the same, as long as they have those three ingredients.

The best non-medicated way to go is 1st drink enough water. Not doing so is like having a car running a quart low on its oil, things do not work well. 2nd acupressure - at the base of your skull use both thumbs to get up under neath where it connects to the spine, press in and up for a second usually three times is enough. This helps release the muscles that are tight, lightening the effects. Obviously, do not hurt yourself and get enough sleep.

Motrin, seriously. I get them too. Take 1000 (yes, one thousand) miligrams and lie down in a dark room. If you can get past the nausea and fall asleep, you will wake up feeling much better.
Another trick I've learned, is to replace your pillow with a rolled up towel under the back of the neck, not sure why it works, but it does.

Take your meds with a cola. The extra jolt of caffiene seems to break up the headache. I like Advil liquid gels but I'm sure there are others that will work.
