Hi there. I used it a few years ago and it works. You need to want it to work though, make sure you make the time to listen to the tape, take in the words and information. Like with anything you need will power but this does at least 50% of the help for you - mind over matter and all that!.

I didn't - but managed to stop last year.
Can tell you what worked for me
The hardest time for me whenever i tried to stop was about 3-5 days in. THAT was the roughest it got (and it is rough)- after that it got better!
Needless to say i was a little annoyed with myself that i had got to that point so many times in the past and given up.
Don't misunderstand - there were rough times in the following couple of weeks, but not as rough as that initial period.
Another little trick i used was to wind up as many smokers as i could - joking around with them, nothing serious - I knew that if i gave them some stick they would return the favour 10 fold if i failed to quit. I suspect this may be where evangelical ex smokers come from - they just take it a little too serious.
Its not easy and i could still smoke right now - but i feel better, breathe better, eat better and smell better.
Keep stopping - it only took me 300million attempts, but i got there in the end.

Go bland. Plain, easy, unseasoned food such as grilled chicken, plain rice and a undressed baked potato are nutritious your palette will tire of these quickly, unlike salty moreish processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling about the pounds.

i stopped 9 yrs ago with paul mckenna tape!
only used it twice & not had an urge or craving...u gotta want to really really stop for it to work

my sister used it and she was a really heavy smoker, she hasnt smoked for just over ten months now, she said it was the best thing she ever did when she brought his book and cd. hope i have helped
