The American Cancer Society has a page with studies done concerning the use of cell phones and if there were any risks involved.
ACS: Cellular Phones

The conclusion was that we don't have full information about the how it might or might not effect your health. However the "lack of ionizing radiation and the low energy level emitted from cell phones and absorbed by human tissues make it unlikely that these devices cause cancer."

No! There's a lot of talk out there about this, but there's not been one substantiated case. We should be more concerned about the TV and radio stations that transmit an enormous amount of power--millions of watts more than a digital cell phone....let's see, radio became widespread in about, say 1930--that's enough time for a case of this type to have been proven--but a case has never been made which holds any credibility.
