the whole family of "B" vitamins is vital for brain function. Jonathan Wright says a low dose of Lithium is helpful (he has been taking it for 20 years). Other than that, just getting healthier in all ways. Cleansing, etc. Also, no part of nutrition works all by itself, you need everything you need. (DUH that sounded dumb, but hopefully you get my point)
