I'm worried because she's 16 and he's 19, and the legal age of consent in California is 18. I'm just worried he's gonna get in trouble for being with someone underage? Do you think if they get caught the police will care, its only 3 years differen?

Ok seriously its not that big a deal. Yes they're sleeping together & I think it's okay. We're originally from Arkansas after all. Things like this happen there all the time, nobody just talks about it.

ARE YOU SERIOUS.That is insest how disgusting and you are allowing this to go on you should be in jail. What rock did you crawl out from you need to get back under it.And can we all say JERRY JERRY JERRY.You need to call the JERRY SPRINGER SHOW.You are a sick individual and are probably beyond help.Let me guess your husband is also really your father. And another thing you do realize that if your daughter becomes pregnant the poor baby is most likely going to be born retarded and have serious health issues aftreall what your kid's are doing is INBREEDING.Why don't you go screw a goat and see what happens..I JUST REPORTED YOU TO YOUR STATE SO THAT YOUR CHILDREN CAN GET THE COUNSELING THAT THEY SO DESPERATELY NEED.AND YOU WILL GO TO JAIL.

Just make sure that they dont hve kids. There is a huge chance that your grandchild will be born deformed. You are in CA now and you have to understand that it is a big tabboo to sleep with your family members. And its kind of a sin. At least they wont get STDs. You should really send your son away to college.....far far away to college. MAybe he will meet other girls or go back to where you came from and then it wont be a problem.HE wont get in trouble becuase your daughter wont press charges on the man she loves. Hey keep it in the family huh!

I would worry about more than the age difference. This is called incest, and there is a reason it is against the law. As he is 19, is he thinking about going away to go to college? I would sure suggest that, or about getting a job in another state. You need to separate these two.

Wow. I would be sickened and disgusted to find that my own son and daughter engaged in sex.
That's disgusting.
My son getting in trouble would be the least of my worries.
Sorry but I don't know what to tell you, other than maybe you should look into some type of counseling for them?

Your question is amazing, but also probably not true. You posted an earlier question about being 28 and your husband 39. Asking if it was okay to have have sex at that age. So I assume the kids are your step children or you are wasting our time.

Well regardless of the age gap, you need to bring them in for therapy and put an end to it immediately.
Hell if you have to you best send one off to a distant relative for a while, this will mess them both up real bad.

I am simply wondering why you want to keep this so secretive. Perhaps the children learned this behavior from the parents?
Get these kids some counseling. You also could participate.
Good luck to you.
