I don't know if their are any agencies who can help, but you should know that the most important thing is that your children will grow up knowing their father didn't back away from his responsibilty. I know you want to live comfortably, but you might need to make some major adjustments for awhile until you get that better paying job. Cut out what you know you can live without(like cable & stuff). Stick to a budget if you can, maybe try to find a cheaper or smaller place to live. Either way, don't give up. I get child support for my son and it definitly helps, so don't stop. Ask a friend to help you go through your monthly income and expenses to come up with a plan. Good Luck!

govt housing will be limited to single parents, elderly and disabled. I also thank u for trying to take care of ur kids... My son's father went years before he did and it's VERY hard.. Talk to the churches and ask them for help.or salvation army (u can live there) or catholic charities.. They will help often if u have a shut off or eviction notice.. u may have to get a better paying job (if possible).. Unfortunately unless the judge lower payment there isn't much u can do.. sometimes they will lower it temp. until u get on your feet...

Try your county's or city's housing department/office. However, the list might be closed to new applicants depending on the area of the country.

try to get the child support to a lower level, take it to court if you have to. theyre might be a law somewhere that says if you cant afford your bills the child support could be lowered. if all else fails, unemployment.

Well' try never to be in someone shoes because you wouldn't'' know how it feels. and if you was a rich person you would be one that would never help someone. they would have to kiss your behind before you give anything.
