Volim Ti Blitzu means 'I love you, you 'blitzu'' (blitzu might be a nickname)
'Ja' means 'I' and I believe the person is pointing to his/her own shadow
Molim must be the name of the pet in the picture.

its in croatian.. and im actually not croatian, i'm albanian but i do kno some croatian and from what i understand the shadow is saying i love you or i need you closer and the dog is saying molim... which means "what??" lol so pretty much the dog is running away from its shadow and the shadow wants the dog to b closer to him loll.. i could b wrong tho
