i really don't get it. why would he keep asking me out if he didn't like me. he has not kissed me, he has not done one thing about it....not even a hug! lol it's not like he's too shy to do it or anything....maybe he's gay? nahhhh

No, No. He could be the most charismatic person in the world in world and still feel awkward about kissing. When I'm not drunk, I'm that exact same way. I force myself to kiss the girl sometimes. He still likes you trust me. He would not take you on dates if he didn't.
You should initiate it. I wouldn't exactly talk about it, because it may make him feel even more awkward and only think about you wanting him to kiss on dates. Just initiate it. The least you can do is always initiate a hug when you see him. Shyness and intimcacy are too different things, sadly most people don't know that.

I'm with Newmomofone on this, maybe you should make the first move. Just try to hold his hand at first, see if he's into it and go from there. He may be just a slow mover or likes for the girl to make the moves. Don't rush too fast though, it may scare him if he is a slow mover (speaking from experience there) Good Luck.

hmmmm, interesting....he may just be very very nervous about it. Some guys get so nervous about "kissing" a girl for the first time - they don't know HOW to initiate it. Does he linger at your door when he drops you off? Does he look uneasy? Are you approachable or are you not giving him the opportunity?
Next time, just sit there and stare at him, smiling, and then kind of pull in closer to him. See if he moves in as well and gives you a kiss!!! Or try saying softly - "do you want to kiss me?" good luck!!

Annie make the first move. He is shy when it comes to intimacy. This is a good thing for. Now at least you know he likes you for you and not just for sex. He could be a keeper.Good Luck

Some guys date gals to:(1) Meet one of their friends,
(2) Get to be seen with a beautiful woman like yourself, or
(3) Have an opportunity to hang with people they like.
Guys are not always into serious relationships. Some can be warm and caring and honest. I hope you have met one of these.

Maybe he is too afraid to mess things up, he might even think that you feel he is a perv if he does make a move on you.
Perhaps you should try and kiss him and see his reaction, if he bolts then you have your answer.
