Liquid might, but CoffeeMate is a edible oil product and is dry and would probably last through a nuclear attack.

The liquid types have stabilizers and sugar in them, so if not refrigerated porperly at soem point in time they could spoil, when I was a chef, I am not sure now I used to go to Buffalo NY the home of Rich's, there every restaurant serve there coffee with it, you had to ask for cream or milk, and sometimes were charged for it??

They do. You can tell it's bad when you put it in your coffee and you end up with flakey things floating on top. Or you can look at the expiration date.
