Alcohol impairs your judgement, motor skills and inhibitions. Not all people act stupid when they drink; when they do, it's usually an indicator that they've drank too much.

I read somewhere about stages of drunkeness. If I am not wrong, there are 5 of them.
Stage 1: Smart
This is when someone is drunk, they think that they are the smartest person on Earth. Since they are expert in every subject, they will talk for hours and argue that they are always right.
Stage 2: Handsome/ Pretty
This is when they are convinced that they are the best looking person in the entire room and everyone is looking at him/her. They begin to wink at perfect strangers and ask them to dance because they had been admiring him/her the whole evening.
Stage 3: Rich
This is when they suddenly become the richest person in the world. They buy drinks for the entire bar. They can
also make bets in this stage, because they know it all and will always win all bets, without concern for how much
money they bet because they have all the money in the world. They will also begin to buy drinks for all the people in the bar who are admiring them because they are now the smartest, prettiest, and richest person on the earth.
Stage 4: Bulletproof
They can now pick fights with the people they have been betting money with or with someone that they think they are admiring at although he/she has a gf/bf... because they cannot be hurt by anything.
Stage 5: Invisible
This is the final stage of drunkenness. At this point they can do
absolutely anything because no one can see them. They can get up and dance on a table; strip down underwear, to impress the people who have been admiring them all evening,
They are also invisible to the person whom
they have picked a fight with earlier in the evening. They can walk through the streets singing at the top of their lungs (because of course they are still smart and know the tune perfectly) and no one will think anything of it because they can't see them.
When you are drunk, you can do anything, because no one will know.
And you certainly won't remember !
These are the stupid acts drunk people do.. =)

It is only the drink making them like that and sometimes it is already in the person.

Alcohol is a nervous system depressant. It depresses the part of the brain that is responsible for inhibitions.

Well,they have to much alchol in there system that they ca't get out and so the chemicals inside the drink makes them crazy. Tha's what I think.

for the same reason some people get macho when they are drunk, the mr. alcohol messes with your head
