If it is a head cold, yes. You can get a headach and plugged sinuses (which cause pain).

yes your head can hurt from sinus i get them all the time so dint worry about it and just keep treating it with regular Tylenol and that will keep your fever down and relieve you head ache.

Um...yeah. It is possible it could be more than a cold though...like strep. Strep can give you a whopper of a headache...
