go to one of these sites:

www.nutritiondata.com

be sure to note how big a serving size is.

from personal experience, 4 oz of meat usually is a little over 20g of protein (applies to chicken, fish, or lean beef).

if you're trying to take in that much protein be sure to include egg whites, canned chicken/tuna, whey powder, and cottage cheese.

this is a dificlut one to work out.

if you are tryin to add slabs of muscle to your physique which im guessing you are due to needing to eat 250grams of protein a day

i wouldnt recomend trying to get all your protein from steak as it contains a lot of fat as well as all dark meat..

a great source of protein is chicken and its got less fat.

one of the best sources of protein is fish, fish contain amino acids which are youed to break down protein you can eat all the protein you want but if you dont have the amino acids it will not be broken down and will be wasted

the best protein is in eggs almost 100% of an egg is utalised withi in the body and are so simple to make

so id recomend mixing your food up and also there are a lot of supplements out there specifically designed with amino acids in there.
