Could be either "if I love him (or her or it)"
or, "Yes I do too love him (or her or it)"

Hi, It's not poor french at all !! It means "I'm sorry that I'm in love with you". "Je suis désolé QUE je t'aime" doesn't mean anything... Anyway, there's some mistakes in your sentence : "Je suis désolé si je vous aime". Accents are very importants in french and there is no "s" with "je". In addition, the english "you" means "tu" et "vous" in french. You must uses "vous" if you don't know the personn very well or if she/he is much more older than you (ex: you must says "vous" to your teacher). "TU" is used for people of your age (friends), family, or someone you know very well. I hope you understood me.

1)If I like/love him/her/it. Take your pick depending on the context.
2)Si is used instead of oui when emphasis is required e.g
Est-ce que tu ne l'aime pas?...Si! Je l'aime.
Don't you love him?...Yes! I love him.
I would guess no2 is what you're looking for here.

It's French. It means If I love him, her or it. It would be yes I love him her it depends on the contex.

Depends on context.One translation would be"If I like it".Another if it were a reply to a negative as in You do not like it would be Yes,I like it.
