Take 2 vitamins of vitamin c everyday before school. One it gives you energy to focus on the exams and it'll kick your cold out fast. When your done with your cold, keep taking 1 vitamin c tablet a day, and you won't get sick agin.

Tons o' Vitamin C- it's water soluble- what you don't need will be flushed out of your system along with nasty germies. You may take 500+ mg every couple of hours. Also, self-talk will increase your immunity to such things. "I am the healthiest person I know. I never get sick and it's gonna stay that way. My mind and body grow stronger every day." Speak it as though it already is and it will be just as you say. Do the same when you're studying- "I am an excellent student. I remember everything I hear and every thing I read. I am an honor roll student and I will not settle for anything less."

Drink plenty of fluids, (you want your cough to be productive),
Stay rested, and warm.
Take aspirin if you have aches and pains.
And try not to stress too much. Stress ALWAYS lowers my immune system fighting capabilities.

Eat a lot of food that contains Vitamin c, like orange, mandarin, lemon. At night rub a little Vick's on your chest. Get the flu shot!

zinc. if you haven't ever used it before, it will be more effective against a cold in the early stages. but , once you develop a cold, it is going to have to run its course, for the most part.
so, zinc lozenges, vitamin C, garlic , and chicken soup.
put vicks vapor rub on your neck and chest and gargle with salt water.
drink plenty of fluids- and add lemon juice to your water

Take vitamin c and drink orange juice with pulp. eat hot soup and drink hot tea and DON'T eat anything with sugar or dairy in it. that causes more mucus.
