Yes that is rape. If you beat someone into submission and have sex with them that's actally alot more than rape. If this is a true story, call the police. Take pictures of the injuries before they heal and prosecute the psycho

hell ya it could be!
thats at least assault and battery for sure.
although the rape depends on the state...example.
In hawaii this guy was driving. he saw a woman jogging and hit her on the side of the road. He broke her leg. she was in shock. He got out of his car and had sex with her right there then took her to a hospital.
He got out of the rape charge because she did not tell him 'no'.
He should be locked up for a while. Restraining orders and all that.

IT IS RAPE. She was forced to do it, he abusive his physical power over her and that is just plain wrong. If you are the girl's friend I would strongly suggest to go to the authorities before the physical signs of abuse go away. Unahappily women do not do the appropiate thing, they feel guilty and they do not realize they were victims of an abusive and physically more powerful person. Wrong Wrong Wrong!

YES, YES ,YES
Rape is sex taken without consent or when force fear or coercion is involved. Many women do not report especially when it is someone they know as they feel ashamed and are not sure whether is is actually rape or not. Report him and get some help you are a victim. I am sorry

what's with the time period connected? That sounds like 2 stray canines in a alley mutually. somewhat, you suggested this time period connected yet then you suggested they didnt have sex. nicely did they or didnt they? To make it sparkling, if the girl changed into inebriated or drugged to the point of the position she changed into unable to consent to sex then definite it would want to be rape. If she changed into basically basically inebriated yet now to not the point of being subconscious or something and had sex with him on distinct activities earlier and after nicely then its somewhat gonna be demanding for her to educate that it changed into rape or that she wasnt prepared.

Yes, it counts. Plus even if it didn't the guy would still be charged for assault. No matter what this guy is in serious trouble.
