wats a pogram NOT ADOBE that i can download for free where i can add graphics to pictures or like captions or if i wanted to make the colors black and white or like add hearts and other shapes

GIMP and PhotoPlus 6 are both very good image-manipulation programs, and can be downloaded for free.
