Yes, you can I would just recommend that you be careful when playing and pausing,
Avoid Playing for extended periods. If you do just put on a tv signal on after playing.
Avoid pausing the game and walking away for extended periods of time.
I play my xbox on my plasma and I pause my tivo all the time.
Burn in is not permanent!. If you do get it on your plasma just play a regular TV image. It will go away in a short time.
Plasma resist burn in better with age.
The break in period is usually a few hundred hours. During this time avoid extended periods of gaming that has a static image. also avoid the black bars on the left and right associated with standard 4:3 tv. Stretch it out in the beginning after tath you can do what you like.

It is the LCD's that have a "trailing" issue when playing video games. Plasma's are fine with that but they don't last as long as LCD tv's.

Yes...
Just don't leave the image on still for too long (Hours)
This will leave the TV and high risk of burning, where a still image is "left" on the screen.
A moving image is fine...
Still I don't recommend playing for ages on a plasma tv for too long.

No it isn't. If you do the gateway to Hell will open and swallow you, your family, all your families friends, all your friends pets, all your pets vets and all the vets belongings, including their plasma tv's!
So i wouldn't if i were you.

You can, but it's not ideal. You'd be much better off with an LCD.
