THERE IS NOT ONE PERFECT CHURCH OR DENOMINATION!
The Body of Christ attends Many Churches! Many of which DO NOT BELIEVE THE SCRIPTURES!
Yes and NO! Did you know that over 50% of the Baptists do not believe in the inherency of the Bible? [without error]
Did you know that some have female pastors? The Scripture speak that Men are Only to be Pastors. [Pastor Teachers see Ephesians 4:11 in the Greek Male Gender]
As a denomination some believe that one can loose their salvation and most preach Once Saved Always Saved. The HOLY Spirit [Ephesians 1:13] SEALS the True Believer, but those that are not true, NEVER HAD SALVATION TO BEGIN WITH!
Oh yes, I attend a Non-Denominational Church!
LOOK AT Revelation chapters 2 & 3 and tell me how many times the Spirit told the Churches TO REPENT?
Thanks, RR

I go to a non-dem calvary church. The Word is all that is taught; traditions are discouraged. We are not to participate in anything traditonal if we do not understand the meaning behind it. We don't do anything that we were "raised" to do. We sing to give praise and study scripture for the next hour. I love it!!! I remember attending a Baptist Church when I was little and the biggest memory I have is the "How many grandkids?" contest they would have. That may be great when you are older and know the Word; but it is not benefical for those that crave the Word now.

I don't agree with the Baptist church because they believe in eternal security which is not even biblical. My church has a Baptist flavor. My pastor's background is Baptist but he doesn't say if he believes in eternal security. He has said from the pulpit that he won't tell anyone if he believes in eternal security or not. I am realizing more and more that if people want to believe in it that is up to them because God will change their mind if He wants to and when they get to heaven, they will see the truth. So why try to change people who believe in eternal security even if they aren't Baptists.

I go to the Calvary Chapel Church as they are very good when preaching the Bible and do not stray from the scriptures. They do indeed believe in the Holy Trinity and that Miracles still occur. They teach so that you can one day teach others so that others can teach etc. We are a non-denomnational church and are fundalmentalist. Scripture is sacred and treated as such. You can go to " Calvary Chapel site"
@ www.Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa.com and get their statement of faith. They are not ashamed of thier statement nor are they ashamed of the Gospel of Christ.
The Bible is the truth and is taught that way.!!

Baptist NO-----Southern Baptist YES!
I was raised pentecostal, but then converted to Catholic, I like the order of the mass- but I find myself going back to my Protestant roots.

Although there is nothing methodical about me, I attend a Methodist church.
Every church has issues both positive and negative.

I am very much in favor of Baptist theology although I am not a real stickler on baptism itself. Catholics totally pervert the Bible and the holiness movement is hung up on experiences rather than faith.

since the doctrine of the baptists does not allow for women in the ministry i cant agree with them .Who did Jesus first tell to go tell the bretheren upon his rise rom the tomb??women !if it is good enough for Jesus why cant they acceppt it?
matthew 28: 8. So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples.
9. Suddenly Jesus met them. "Greetings," he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him.
10. Then Jesus said to them, "Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.
