ok so i have thi smp3..the model is NW-E003 and i installed the sonic software version 4.0 but it always says that its cancelled and terminated!!! so then i downloaded the 4.2 version BUT i dont have an icon....and that means that i can download teh music to my mp3 if i dont have an icon..??? wat am i supposed to do now? i hav downloaded it like 4 times and its succesful but dosent gimmie an icon!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!

Go to the program folder on your hard drive is the program there? if so find the exe file and see if it will run if not then
Go to the control panel -> add/remove software and see if its in the list if it is remove the software and then try reinstalling the program

hav a luk see if the program is in da start menu if not go into the hard drive then program files and find the folder
