craving for pop/caffiene. recently Ive been drinking at least one can of pop daily (I know that doesnt seem like alot) but I heard its unhealthy and not good to drink all the time. I wanna stop drinking it so much and maybe go down to one can a week or something. I havent drank any since wensday january 10 and I want it really bad.....

The bad thing about pop is the fact that you don't drink water when you are drinking pop. Also, the sugar adds up and eventually puts weight on.

one a day isn't too bad, but one a week would be better. Try drinking a diet with no caffiene and see if that doesn't help.

Eat protein in every meal. That is meats, chicken, fish, eggs and hard cheeses and of course healthy vegetables and fruits. For me protein stops cravings very well.

To solve the craving do not buy it. Do not keep it in your house.
When you do not have it in your house you have to eat something healthy. So keep that pantry clean and healthy.

YOU GO GIRl/DUDE! just stick with it, your body has an addiction to it that you just have to ignore. instead of pop, drink naturally decaffinated tea. Good Luck!

you could buy one bottle of pop and let it last for 4 weeksand then see how your doing
