suggest some herbal items please!!! and i was under diet and lost 10 kilos but my health is good, the problem is only with my hair!!!

it could be the sickness and stress try switching shamppos for a wile and if you can try to only shampoo 3x a week try some volumizing in case you are a guy. could be your age too. their is certain times of the year when people shed just like dogs do. if you are not noticing bald patches don't be alarmed, its natural to lose hair after shampooing.
