I'm 5"1 and a half I'm 38DD 28 inch waist and 38 inch hips and I weigh about 145 pounds. I had two kids and I use to be much smaller. Sometimes I look at myself and I think I look okay but other times I just feel disgusted when I look at myself. I still notice guys looking at me sometimes but my selfesteem is at an ultimate low right now.

The matter of whether or not you are fat is moot. You are obviously feeling bad about yourself, try to work out if it is only your weight that harbour your insecurities and then do something about it. Not for anybody else but for yourself

well...145 seems a little high for 5'1" but a 28 inch waist isn't bad. Heck, its way under the norm for an american woman, especially one with kids. You're probably carrying all the extra weight in your bust and hips.
What you should really do is get a measurement taken of your body fat percentage. Try to keep in mind that what's important is your health, you have two kids you want to be there for. You might find out that you have a good fat percentage and you're perfectly healthy, or you might discover you have a bit of work to do. Just remember there's a lot of people out there who look great, but they're dying on the inside.

If you weigh 145 you probably have some extra weight, although if your waist is 28 inches then I'm guessing most of your weight comes from your chest and hips. You might need a breast reduction in the future if your back begins to hurt.

I'm 5ft and at my least I weighed 105 with a 28 inch waist, which is very very slim.

No, maam. You sound absolutely perfect. You know, I am 5'7" and a little overweight. Not bad, but I used to be very fit and in shape. Going from that to what I am now is a tough transition, but I have decided that western civilization has made natural, healthy women feel overweight and like an outcast. Your self esteem should not be low, I am sure you are just as beautiful as ever. You are natural, you are healthy, and you have nothing to worry about. :)

No, you are not fat. The average American woman weighs about 155 lbs. If you start having back and shoulder pain, you might need a breast reduction for comfort. You need to work on your self-esteem. It sounds like you are very attactive.

That is not fat at all. Just because you are shorter, it doesn't mean you have to be a size 4 or less. You sound like a lovely and curvy size 8, which is perfect.

Take care : )

Try going to this link and see what its calculator says about your body mass index, That is a good objective way to tell. When I put on weight those numbers motivated me to get back down into the normal range and I knew when I had dieted enough to stop

My husband would KILL to see those measurements!!! I'm 5'2", 130 lbs., and have had two kids also. (36dd)
I feel the same way a lot of the time....but you have to realize your inner beauty, and your measurements sound PERFECT to me! A nice small waist, big boobs, and shapely hips. CURVES!! What more could you ask for?!
Surely not those stick figure, boy bodies!!!
