am Jamaican am thinking of moving to the US but in other to get a job i wish to study more i hear a GED is very hard espeacially for a imigrant.Is there another way? can i just do a high school diploma instead even though am not american? is there a certain school? tell me all you know on this subject. Thanks for any advice or comment you might have...even the bad ones(lol smile)

you can go to any highschool and get your diploma but you would have to take the required courses. There are a lot of help for immigrants so don't worry about that. If you are already older you have to go to an adults school but its almost the same thing.

You don't say what your age is, but if you are young enough you could go to school and get the diploma. I know if I am hiring I tend to be more apt to hire someone who stuck it out and got the diploma rather than the GED. Good Luck1

How old are you? IF you're a high school age you can enroll in high school. There are programs out there that let you get a high school diploma without going to a high school.....yOU SHOULD CHECK THAT OUT THO.
