Guy, the reply to that is moderately useful. The muscle tissues of the calf are fatigued and they're cramping at night time considering the fact that of it. The challenge has received not anything to do with something that you're consuming or consuming or the loss of something. It is quite simply overuse and having flat toes best makes the calf muscle tissues paintings that so much more difficult. Try this undertaking two times an afternoon and it will have to give up the challenge. Do it correct earlier than you move to mattress and correct earlier than you get away from bed. From both an extended sitting role or mendacity in your again retaining the knees certainly immediately have the muscle tissues of the toes pull the toes up in the direction of the shins. The best motion that takes locations is on the ankles. You will recognise that it's being performed effectively is that there shall be a pulling sensation within the calves. Hold that pull for approximately 10 seconds after which loosen up for a couple of seconds. Repeat that motion for a complete of among five to ten occasions. Once you have got grasp this motion it can be performed sitting or status although those positions don't seem to be as strong because the long-established ones. Hope this is helping!

This is happening because when you're laying down the blood circulation in your legs slows down. I used to get cramps in bed constantly and it was a pain. I haven't had them for over a year now though, because I have been stretching out my calf each day. The way you do that is by just standing upright and bending forward in an attempt to touch your toes with the tips of your fingers and go as low as feels comfortable to you and until you feel a stretch in your calf. Also, when sitting down and spreading legs apart, take each foot, one at a time, and bend the top of it towards yourself. Even if you do only the first exercise each day, that will prevent future cramps...and you only have to do this stretch for a few seconds. Also, you may want to exercise and be active more, since that way blood circulation improves and blood clots won't be forming.

Try the soap trick. You put a bar of soap in your sheets at night and sleep with it close to your feet. I don't know how or why it works, but I've heard a lot of people get good results from it.
