Which is the best software for making photo Cd's?

I would like to make cds witrh music and effects.

Well, the absolutely best program for this that I have found, after a LOT of research and trying dozens of them ... is ProShow Gold by photodex. It costs $70 but is well worth it. There are programs you can get for less, but they aren't as configurable.
