I don't how important getting married early is to your family, but personally I don't think you should rush it. You should wait for a guy that you really want to be with. You are still very young, you have plenty of time to find someone. I also think it is very admirable that you are still a virgin at 23. I'm 19 and I don't know a single girl who is a virgin. You waited this long, you might as well keep it for someone special. Trust me, guys will sell their right kidney for an innocent girl.

Flying High, just stay true to what you believe in. Don't let your Mom or friends make you feel inadequate. Being 23 and a virgin is nothing to be ashamed of. I am a man and was a virgin when I got married (25 at the time). There were many times when I thought there was something wrong with me, but everything turned out fine in the end and I am glad that I stayed true to what I believed in.

Firstly, well done! That's a great achievement and in this day and age a very rare one. Whatever guy you end up with in the end will a very lucky guy. It shouldn't scare you at all. If you haven't met a guy who's worthy of you then don't settle for anything less than you are worth. Being a virgin till you get married is admirable and sex is a lot better in a loving marriage rather than settle for soething less. Hold your head up high and don't worry, you'll meet him soon and you are still only 22 so be patient.

You are lucky to be such a good girl. most girls you age are not well what I look for in a woman. I am 25 still single and unattached and yes my family also reminded me of the same thing and I told them like it is would they rather me be picky or get married to the wrong person and then have to get a divorce. You have nothing to worrie about there are lots of other nice and good looking guys out there that are looking for a girl just like you.

Don't worry about what other people say. It's your life live it the way you want. I believe in waiting until marriage for sex also, I am still a virgin, I have had one bf who was a complete jerk, and I am 17 yrs old. Everyone around me is getting in and out of relationships and getting their hearts broken and I am okay with not having a bf. So live your life have fun. And if you feel that your mom is bringing you down don't listen to her. God Bless.

It's ok to still be a virgin. You'll find the right person for you, and when that time comes you fall in love and get married. Don't be afraid because your friends are commited because that's just them. You are you and when the time comes you will be ready.

the person you are waiting for will be their soon. i didn't get married in til i was 34. i have a cousin that stayed a virgin in til she got married at 36. be proud of what you are doing. even if your mom is giving you a bad time remember it will happen. while alot of my Friends were married or had girlfriends i didn't. but i still managed to get through it. i know you can also. good things happen to those who wait.
GOOD LUCK

I absolutely agree with dharma, your awesome, and rare, feel great about yourself. Are you kidding, you have 1 up on a lot of people who regret going the other way but would never admit it. I'm sure your mom means well, don't let it bother you, just be you ,and feel good about it . Way to go!
