what are some strenious workouts you can do without any equipment that realy help you lose weight fast. oh that isnt sit ups or crunches???

If you really want to lose weight fast and keep it off add jogging to your daily activities. Every day about the same time, preferably the morning, run around the block or as far as you can, and keep at it. You'll see the largest improvements immediately!

The pounds will continue to come off as long as you keep this up every day without missing. And you'll be increasing your metabolic rate, which means you can eat more and not gain weight like you used to!

Without going into it too much, I'll mention that a good diet will greatly assist you in your goal, but if you just add jogging and everything else remains the same, you will still get good results.

If you have a school near you, and they have one of those big tracks around the football / soccer field, you could jog around for about 30 minutes or maybe do 5 laps around or until you feel like you can't go anymore.

If you have a car, use it less, and walk to places if they are close. Don't eat fast food at all and try to stay away from coke and other sugary drinks. But seriously, don't eat fast food because it's all bad for you and it's really unhealthy.

You said you don't want to do sit ups or crunches, but they really help. They are hard work and if you are really over weight it can be even harder, but if you do maybe like just 10 a night, and then add 1 each night or every other night it will get easier for you.

to lose weight you need to do cardio stuff. Just doing regular sit ups and stuff will not help you burn fat it will just condition the muscles under the fat layer. Do something that will get your heart rate up! Do some of those workouts on the television lol

Well, jogging or running would of course be the first option. Very free and very effective!

walk fast....daily for 1 hour ....its really beneficial.
so many ppl tried this thing whom do i know.........or i would suggest join VLCC but it would b very expensive.
