First thing is, he ( i refer to the first bouncer in this answer)should not be acting like that or asking for things like kisses from you. That is wrong and frankly very gross! But on a serious note, look at the boys your age, what sort of luck do you have with them? Long relationships, happy relationships, or do you get screwed over. It is very normal to have a crush on an older man, however if you know that he is "pervy" and that is it gross that you kissed him, you should know the answer to your question...
This "crush" though may be that you honestly want that atention. I know that when i was much younger, older men were talking to me in ways that were very inappropriate(they were "old and pervy")... but due to the fact that i was young i looked at it as a situation that could be okay. It really depends on the situation, but use your best judgement, and if you are under 18, leave it alone.

I know where you must be going to the club I worked there a year ago. Its normal for girls to do that bouncers get it all the time. you should do like most of the other girls do go home with them. ONe one weekend the other the next and then they will do like bouncers always do compare notes. I am not really telling you to go do this but its how it works when you work in the club sene

Also never date a door man they are the worse flirts of them all and they probably have got the same thing going with at least 10 other girls, take it from one who knows who was handed roses at the door, drinks bought for me. free night clubs all great but i was not the only one(oh and i was the best thing since sliced bread lol)(I'm not bitter over it it was an experience that looking back now was quite funny). so my advice is go on gal flirt it will boost Ur ego at least but always make it clear its a bit of friendly flirting fun and nothing more

If you don't want to encourage peoples attention and advances you sure wouldn't kiss them. If you actually think someone is a perv....how can you be attracted to them? yeah, how sick IS that?

ugh, don't go there! I promise it's not a good idea. I have known bouncers who were very sketchy! They do that to many, MANY girls. You are not the only girl that he probably asks for a kiss. Kinda gross. Don't get yourself involved in that. Plus a lot of them cheat on their girlfriends like crazy! I bet you could do better!

real doormen/security have a strict code of conduct. one code is never to use excessive force ejecting somebody who was causing problems. another is to protect everybody in the venue and the most important is to always be on the look out for scumbags! rohypnol droppers and the like, this doorman fancies you, but he's still breaking the code of conduct. what if i asked you for a kiss in town, you'd tell me to get lost, right!.
hint most "bouncers" aren't trained door security, they are/were amatuer boxers. next time he asks for a kiss give him a hug as well and knee him in the balls.

bouncers are garbage an u know it..all he has to offer is knockin u up behind the club or in his banger..an knockin u about if u pee him off..lose the piece of rubbish.Its probably cos ure seen as a slapper by him an his mates,an easy lay..prove them wrong so,an dont even kiss him

eewww who knows how many people he kissed... I made the mistake on messy with a bouncer. He was married with 2 kids and was trying to hook up with one of my friends when I wasn't there with her. BOUNCERS SUCK!!
