Jesus prayed to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The God who sent him from heaven to be born a baby and live as a human. The God of the Jews and Christians. It is the same God of the Muslims, but they got some bad info on about him and got some bad beliefs about him. He is Jehova, the creator of all things. The alpha and omega, the first and last, the beginning and the end. Thats who he prayed to. :)

That was probably the ONLY instance recorded in the bible where Jesus fell on His face to pray. For most of the time, Jesus prayed kneeling or even standing up.
Who did Jesus pray to? Why do you want to know? You want to join? Then be a christian!

He was praying to His Father, God. Prayer is important not only because we can ask God for what we need, but also because it allows us to maintain a relationship with God by talking to Him. The amount of praying that Jesus did helped Him to stay close to His Father and it sets an example for all of those who wish to follow Him.

God's spirit has the power to take many forms simultaneously, so when Jesus prayed he was praying to the same God that he himself also is.

Muslims PRAY TOWARD MECCA! Jesus did not pray towards mecca!
IT IS NOT the Position of one during PRAYER, but the Attitude of The Heart!
(Psalms 66:18) If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
My QUESTION TO YOU: if you fell down a Well, head first and the well was not pointing towards Mecca, COULD YOU STILL PRAY? ? ? [do you see my point about Heart Attitude NOW?]
Thanks, RR

Heb 5:5-11
So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee.
6 As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
7 Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;
8 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;
9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.
11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.
