I would do what ever felt right at the time. It all depends on the situation and those envolved. I would die for my love in all moments of my life. Without a second glance I would. However there are times when those we love are finished here and have learned what they desired to and we have to learn to let them go. That in itself is a great challenge and lesson in life. To let go when needed even in death and to trust that it is for the best in all aspects. In loss and pain we have great amazing opportunities to grow the most. it is for us as well as for those who have departed. So it really depends on life and those we are with. It is easy for me to say for certain i would die for my love. It is harder to say I would let them pass b/c I know it is what is right for them. To die with my love is simply an easy way out. It is the ideal situation. This way no one is really growing. It is the dream of all illusions in life so that neither feels pain of loss. I love the movie The Notebook for this ideal though. I am a woman and love the ideal way of leaving together. If given the choice to choose I would choose to love my love more than myself. To be unselfish and generally speaking that means what is best for their life paths. Does not mean to die for them at times it is more of letting go.

I would die for my love. That's actually one of the criteria I use for knowing I'm in love. If I can ask myself "would you die for this girl?" and answer yes, then that's one step closer.

no, because that will leave him in pain and i don't want to hurt him so if he died i will be the one to get hurt and that to me is so much love than leaving him in pain but i do like the idea of both of us dieing together it would be nicer.
