It seems you love your pet very much,That is wonderful.
So i wouldn't take any chances i would return it to the vet for an exam.
I hope it is nothing serious.

She should NOT be bleeding. That can be a sign of gastrical problems, urinary tract issues or ulcers. Either way you need to get the vet ASAP and explain the issue!
