Yes, Jesus is God and yes, He died for our sins. But remember, we believe that God is a Trinity, while Jesus was dead, the Father and the Holy Spirit were still alive. And by the way, we do NOT worship a dead God, Jesus is alive and well now, He only died for 3 days.

Jesus is the 2nd personification of a triune God. Jesus was fully man and fully God when he walked on earth. Jesus became sin for us so that we could be seen righteous before God. Only in this way may we be forgiven and enter into eternal life with God. But you must repent (turn away from) your sins and trust Jesus to save you.

Yes and Yes!

In the Bible death is a seperation. James 2:26 says, "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also."

The Body is dead when it is seperated from the spirit. This is physical death. The Bible also talks about a spiritual death. This is when the spirit is seperated from God.

Jesus died physically. His spiritual side left his body. John 19:30 says, "Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit."

To die spiritually, one's sin seperates him from God. Jesus had no sin, therefore he did not "die" spiritually.

There is a difference between physical death and spiritual death,

Do you know that your "pbuh" is very offensive when you use it with the name of Jesus?
You are in error because you are a Muslim and do not understand Christian teaching. You should stick with the Quran.
Jesus' "body" human flesh was broken for us. Not His Eternal Spirit. He did not die as God,

Jesus himself claimed to be God who has come in a fleshly body to redeem the world. He said, " If you have seen me, you have seen the Father." He said, "I and the Father are one." And he said he came to take the sins of the world. Now you have to determine if he is the biggest nut ever born or if he is who he says he is. He cant be anything in between. He cant be just a good man or a good teacher or prophet. Considering the things he did and said, he has to be God, or the biggest fake, (with great powers), the world has ever seen. What you believe about him will determine your destiny. If he is God, than you can believe that the things he says is true. Hope this helps.:)

ONLY the Unholy Quaran states:

"Not Jesus, but a look alike, was substituted and crucified at the Cross." -4:157
THIS IS BLASPHEMY - AND A LIE! No proof can be offered at all.

yes, Jesus Christ was AND IS God.
Jesus Christ died for ALL the sins of ALL the humans that have ever lived and will ever live.
no mere man could do that.
that is why God (Jesus Christ) did it.

"Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, didn't consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in apearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore, God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:5-7

The name above every name is Yahweh. That is given to Jesus Christ in His humanity also (because he obeyed unto death in His humanity). So one could say in Hebrew, "Yeshua Messiah Yahweh.".

When Jesus walked the earth, He operated as one (not born with sin nature, but born of a virgin like 1st Adam before the fall). He operated as a human anointed with the Holy Spirit. He had to be tempted by the serpent and overcome the deception also. He could have failed in His humanity, but He didn't. Miracles were done by the Holy Spirit & Father. He is the example for us to overcome death also.

Jesus isn't God to anyone who doesn't believe in Him. Jesus is Lord & God to those who confess Jesus Christ Lord of their life. Because He shed His own blood for the remission of their sins & raised from the dead.

2nd ? Jesus was sinless, tempted like us but without sin. So He paid the price for our sins. Since He was without sin, He raised from the dead with the keys to death & hell overcoming deaths hold over us. That is the Resurrection. Jeus Raised from the dead and sits at the right hand of God. When we are born of God, we also sit in high places in Christ Jesus. No longer bound in sin, but reborn spiritually.

Here is Your ANSWER, from the Scriptures! How else would you like me to answer, Surely Not With MY OPINION?

(Colossians 1:12-to-22) giving thanks to the Father, who has made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light.

(Col 1:13) For He has delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son;

(Col 1:14) in whom we have redemption through His blood, the remission of sins.

(Col 1:15) who is the image of the invisible God, the First-born of all creation.

(Col 1:16) For all things were created in Him, the things in the heavens, and the things on the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers, all things were created through Him and for Him.

(Col 1:17) And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.

(Col 1:18) And He is the Head of the body, the church, who is the Beginning, the First-born from the dead, that He may be pre-eminent in all things.

(Col 1:19) For it pleased the Father that in Him all fullness should dwell.

(Col 1:20) And through Him having made peace through the blood of His cross, it pleased the Father to reconcile all things to Himself through Him, whether the things on earth or the things in Heaven.

(Col 1:21) And you, who were once alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled

(Col 1:22) in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish, and without charge in His sight,

Thanks, RR
