It's not going to kill you if you eat it, but it's not going to make a very nice salad. It'll be horribly soggy and mushy and just a mess. I would say find the nearest rabbit or deer and give it to them, and then send your brother to the market.

You can't freeze lettuce. It's the one vegetable that does not come out of it well at all. It turns mushy and you won't like it.

I don't think there will be anything left of it when it thaws out. Freezing messes up it cell structure unless it's something like bib lettuce. It won't hurt you, but I don't think it will be palatable.

No problem, just let it thaw out at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.

Yep, it's 95% water so will be edible in a soggy kind of way.

I guess you could but it will be mushy and won't taste good. I'd just throw it away.

If it was still in the protective plastic wrap, it should be just as crispy.

once its froze it turns to mush throw it out
