depends of whether or not you love him too. if you don't, you might want to let her have him. at least she told you in an attempt to seek permission, rather than trying to take him from you. if you do love him, then let her know that you feel uncomfortable. you might want to stop hanging out as a threesome if that's what you do now. you might also what to tell your boyfriend and let him know if he wants to keep you that you don't want him hanging out with the other girl alone.
